SRRT Intelligence Refund Policy
Effective 15 August 2026
Overview and Principles
SRRT Intelligence provides access to specialized AI workspaces, computational tools, and learning suites on a software-as-a-service basis. Because digital workspace access, compute capacity, and provider inference allocations are provisioned immediately upon subscription activation, fees paid are generally non-refundable except where provided by this policy or required by applicable law.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law, the nature of the charge, service usage, and the applicable subscription or Custom agreement.
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or restricts any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable South African consumer protection legislation or the rules of our payment processors.
Cancellation vs. Refund
It is important to understand the operational difference between cancelling a subscription and receiving a refund:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or billing portal. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals according to the billing cycle. Once cancelled, your paid access continues until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.
- Refund: Cancellation does not automatically trigger or guarantee a refund for a completed charge. Completed recurring fees are not automatically prorated or refunded upon cancellation.
First-Time Purchases and Renewals
Self-service subscriptions (such as Go and Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly billing cycle:
- First-time purchases: If you purchase a paid subscription for the first time and experience technical difficulties accessing the workspaces, you should contact support promptly. If an issue cannot be resolved and access was not utilized, your request may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Subscription renewals: Renewal reminders and billing cycle dates are visible in your subscription settings. Because resources are reserved continuously for active accounts, renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed.
Duplicate or Accidental Charges
In the event of a technical anomaly, duplicate transaction, or clearly erroneous charge resulting from payment processor or network issues:
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges can be investigated and verified against our transaction logs.
- Once verified, confirmed duplicate or erroneous payments will be promptly reversed or refunded to the original payment method.
Service Outages or Material Delivery Failures
If a major, unscheduled service outage or material platform failure directly prevents you from accessing your paid workspaces for an extended period:
- SRRT will investigate the outage against platform health metrics and availability logs.
- Where a material failure to deliver paid access is verified, SRRT may, at its discretion and subject to review, offer service credits or a proportional refund for the affected period.
Custom Plan Contracts and Invoices
For organizational or enterprise customers on a Custom plan:
- Custom plan refunds, service credits, invoicing schedules, and termination rights are governed by the signed quote, order form, or commercial service agreement executed between SRRT and the customer organisation.
- Setup fees, bespoke configuration fees, and contracted minimum terms are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable contract.
How to Request a Review
To request an investigation or refund review, please contact SRRT Support with the necessary billing details:
- Your registered account email address
- Transaction date, amount (in ZAR), and Paystack or card transaction reference
- A clear description of the issue or basis for your request
Please submit your inquiry to srrt@srrtintelligence.app. Our team will review your account activity and billing records and respond with an outcome or request for further details.
