What we collect

We collect account details, authentication and security records, conversations, learning records, uploaded files, product projects, feedback, plan information and service-usage measurements needed to operate SRRT.

Why we use it

We use data to provide requested features, maintain sessions, secure accounts, personalise learning, process stored materials, measure service reliability, enforce limits, provide support and improve the product.

AI, cloud and other processors

SRRT may send the minimum necessary prompt or file-derived context to contracted AI, cloud, infrastructure and delivery processors that help provide the requested service. SRRT reviews these relationships and records service usage where supported.

Retention and deletion

Account and product data is retained while an account is active and for operational, security or legal periods that apply afterwards. Users may request access, correction or deletion. Deletion is controlled and may exclude records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where applicable, or information about processing. Contact srrt@srrtintelligence.app. We will verify identity before fulfilling a data-rights request.

Security

SRRT uses access controls, hashed passwords and tokens, private file storage, validation, rate limits, audit records and encrypted transport. No online service can promise absolute security; suspected incidents are investigated and contained.

South Africa and POPIA

This policy establishes engineering foundations for user control under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act. It is not a legal certification. The policy will be updated as the deployed system and processor relationships change.
